Automatic Order Printing

With Automatic Printing you will able to automatically print your restaurant orders directly to your thermal or another printer using Windows or Mac.

Accept / Decline Orders in Live Mode

With the Accept / Decline feature you can enable the option to accept orders in real-time. While the customer is waiting for his order to get accepted you will be able to give him an approximate delivery time in minutes based on your restaurant traffic.

Pickup Option

Customers will be able to select if they want to pick up their order from the store. The address of the store will appear also on the checkout page while selecting the option to pick up.

Delivery Fee

You can set Delivery Fee based on distance or it can be fixed amount.

Automatic Address Completion (AutoComplete)

Address Autocompleted using Google Places API on Availability Checker, Checkout Form and Sign Up form.

MultiStore Feature

Having more than one locations of your restaurant? The Multistore feature will automatically send the order to the nearest to the client store.

Delivery Orders Restrictions

Restrict delivery orders based on your customer’s address using one of the following methods.

• Minimum Delivery Distance (Using Google Distance Matrix API)
• Polygon Area (Google Geocoding API is used to fetch customers GEO data)
• ZIP Code Restrictions

SMS Notifications

Stay updated with your orders: receive and send an SMS to your customers every time an order status changes (this option requires account at one of the SMS service providers – we recommend Twilio).
