Our goal as an internet web design and marketing company is to bring the highest value per dollar spent by our clients, and in order to help us in that pursuit, we need to cover expenses and fuel our operations. Therefore, we require payments to be made on-time in respect to the services offered to client.
Website Design
We provide an extensive portfolio for you to view before hiring us for your project so you can see the quality level of our work and be completely comfortable working with us. If you have any questions or reservations, please contact us prior to making a payment for our services.
Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all money paid are retained by 411 Web, Inc. and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Internet Marketing
Payments for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Internet Marketing Services are non-refundable even if a fee was paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, there are no exceptions to our refund policy. Customer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that 411 Web, Inc. has no control over the policies of search engines or directories with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. Customer’s web site may be excluded from any search engine or directory at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory entity. Some search engines and directories may take as long as two (2) to four (4) months, and in some cases longer, after commencement of plan to list and/or update Customer’s website. Occasionally, search engines and directories will drop listings for no apparent or predictable reason.
Website Hosting
All hosting payments whether present or past months are non-refundable. Web hosting accounts are set up from the date of your order and are allotted a limited amount of server resources depending on the plan you purchased. If client opens a hosting account but does not use it, payment will still be due. Hosting billing cycles continue until a cancellation notice is placed in our customer portal by the client.
Print Media Design
Design costs paid to 411 Web, Inc. are non-refundable. Printing costs paid to 411 Web, Inc. are refundable only if printing error is determined to be our fault. We are not liable for damages incurred due to printing errors or problems from our files if full specifications from your printer were not provided or were incorrect/inaccurate, or if you supply the wrong files to your printer. We provide the design files via email or online only. No actual items will be shipped to you.
